Petri Construction, Inc. began in 1987 as a one handy-man dream that has
grown steadily over the last 24 years. In 2007, The little construction
company became incorporated, being privately traded, marking a grand
achievement in the history of the company. Petri Construction, Inc.
currently employes 7 individuals who are all safety trained, reliable,
professional and part of what makes Petri Construction, Inc great!
Mike has been involved in the construction industry since 1976,
creating Petri Construction, Inc. in 2007 after years of independent construction
and contracting. Mike’s beginning in the construction industry was as a carpenter
for Salem Lumber, completing new home construction, finish work, concrete work,
remodeling, restoration, and additions. Mike is responsible for bidding jobs, safety
meetings, job construction, and day to day running of the company.
Mike is an active member of the Montrose community, serving on the
board of his local church, as an active member of the Montrose Masonic Lodge,
and a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for Montrose. Mike is a
member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in South Dakota, which makes the
company eligible for governmental minority set-aside funds. He is married with
one daughter and 2 grandchildren.
George has been in the construction business for 12 years,
and if currently a foreman for Petri Construction, Inc.’s larger projects. His duties
include making sure the project stays on track, that all safety measures are being
met, training of new employees, and is the on-site contact person for our larger
projects. George is friendly, dependable, honest, and hard-working.
Paul Kubiszewski: Paul has been with Petri Construction, Inc. since 2010.
Paul is reliable, fun, and hard-working. Paul has been involved in the construction
industry for over 10 years and has wonderful craftsmanship.
Pete has been in the construction industry for many, many
years. He has been a touch stone for Petri Construction, Inc. since the conception
of the corporation. Pete’s work is exceptional, as he is a patient individual who
will make it work. Pete has proven himself over the years and is often the worker
sent to get the items need for a job site, or sent to complete smaller projects
on his own. Pete is also very friendly, hardworking, and competent. Pete lives in
Linda is the bookkeeper and behind the scenes helper for Petri Construction, Inc. Linda follows up on forms, does payroll, and ensures that
Petri Construction is running as smooth as she can help make it. Linda is also
the City Finance Director for Montrose, SD. She is happily married and lives in
